The challenge

Public authorities check incoming applications and documents for completeness and legibility, assign them and forward them to the responsible team. The data is particularly sensitive, so a language model in the cloud is not an option.

Our solution

We built a document pre-check that runs entirely on in-house hardware, with an open-weight language model and no connection to the cloud. It also reads scanned documents, checks the submission for completeness and consistency and prepares the case for the specialist team. The data never leaves the infrastructure.
